What do our services include?What's included in your clean is dependant on which service you have booked. Please check our services page for full details on all of our cleans.

Do I need to provide the cleaning products and equipment?We ask that you provide all cleaning equipment, as our cleaners normally travel on public transport. You will need to provide: · Hoover · Mop and bucket · Broom You can provide your own cleaning products, as we know each person likes to use certain products in their home. If you would prefer your cleaner to provide cleaning products, please let us know when filling out your booking enquiry.

Can I change the date and time of my house cleaning service?Yes, we will first check the availability of your current cleaner and see if they can come at another time. We can send another cleaner in case yours isn’t available.

Can I have some extra hours of cleaning this week?Sure, just let us know when and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Do you clean on bank holidays?Our services are available even on bank holidays.

What happens if I am unhappy with the domestic cleaning service?Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.

Payments Accepted
After each clean your cleaner will submit their hours to Supreme Clean. We will email you an invoice after each clean. Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
Please do not pay your cleaner in cash. We will handle all payments to the cleaner.
